Terms of Service | Auracard

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Auracard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Auracard provides NFC-enabled digital business cards and associated profile management services. The Service includes ordering physical NFC cards, managing digital profiles, analytics, and networking features.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant Auracard a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content as part of the Service. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
Impersonating any person or entity
Interfering with or disrupting the Service
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Using automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Auracard and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Auracard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
